Little under 1600 dust and around 1k gold. By the time it comes out, those should both be doubled, if not more for the gold

It's not possible without arena lol.

400 is the most you can earn playing constructed in one day. (In theory, never actually going to get 400 from constructed.)

i think you cant have two quests with the same name at the same time (2 times the 100 gold one for exemple)
that's why keeping 2x 40 gold quests reduces the chance to get a third shitty quest
