Yeah, which is why I stated that doing 3 damage would trade with most 1 drops, since Chow is 3 defense...

Killing them isn't the important part. Surviving after to trade with something else is important. Which is why i stated 3 attack and 2 defense sucks. Compared to 2/3 ofc.

2 attack trades with like all the good 2 drops and 3 health means it survives trading with most 1 drops and even some of the aforementioned 2 drops. 2/3>3/2

I think it is really bad currently, but it may combo with other new cards being released.

could be interesting in a Hobgoblin deck or an inspire aggro mage of some sort

No, because it's really spider tank. It's 3 mana, not 2.
