RNG isn't intrinsically a bad thing

rag is not bad. he has a charge attack and can do immense pressure if u you have board control
Also he can outplay secrets and taunts etc.

edit: he is also immune to aldor peacekeeper and some - attack spells
its a situational question whether using rag or other legendaries like sneeds

Hmm till yet not doing so well with the double Pyro's, i think I dont understand how to play them correct..

its a really flexible card depending on the matchup..

Vs agro I would probably hold onto it for a combo with shield or a naru, and or with a circle/cleric combo..
but vs slower decks this is going to be a standard two drop simply to apply pressure.
it gives a little more reach on your holy nova's... And again, damaging every minion on the board, with circle of heal + cleric is incredible draw power.

This is an interesting list.. its a little legend heavy. ive tried a similar list, but more or less just for the fun emperor/valen/mb miracle plays..
hard to see it being competitive with the random azure drakes//dark cultist//lack of taunts// no thoughtsteal.. and no shadowmadness

yeah idk how that list can be competitive in the current meta.. combo priest has been something stuck in the rank 15+ area for a while..
