Freeze mage aint hard. I am still only 10 times legend (not only with freeze, but not with face hunter). is it enough, or do i need to ask a pro to register on jsp to tell u that a deck that stupidly stall to his win condition is easy to play?

It really annoys me when people who haven't even studied game theory and don't calculate probability distributions mid-game claim one of the most mathematically difficult decks in the game is easy to play

And yes, if you don't explicitly calculate several probability distributions each game as freeze mage, you're bad at freeze mage, it can't be played well without explicit, difficult calculations

freeze is not necessarily difficult once you have played enough of it. in certain matchups, yes, it is hard to decide between a play but in the end its all about whether or not you drew the cards you need in time
i dont understand what you mean by difficult calculations though..

The deck involves tons of card draw which puts you in situations where you need to calculate the probability of drawing a particular card or cards and how drawing those cards will effect your win percentage. This becomes especially important late game when you need to calculate opponents damage by putting their hand on a range and determine ice block proc probability combined with your expected damage including expected draws. It's incredibly complex

Generally the more cards a deck draws, the more difficult it is to play, with exceptions

Can you hit legend with freeze mage as a shitty player? Definitely, but it's among the most difficult decks in the game to master.

It is indeed, but freeze mage has far more card draw than most decks which makes it much more important... same reason oil rogue is hard to play, there are so many possible plays every turn due to card draw.

Stop pretending casual hs is some sort of Mathematical feat. Half the pros can barely count their fingers
