Are you being intentionally disingenuous and trolling me? Arcane Intellect is not just a normal card you play to affect the board...it's pretty obvious that it replenishes itself and then gives you +1 card. It could even be argued that it's 3 cards, 1 that you use and then the 2 more that it gives you, but I won't go that far because the effect is clear even when talking about it in the absolute bare minimum of value that it gives.

I find it kind of interesting that this is your train of thought. In the last card game I played, which not to brag but I was ranked number 1 in the world in ELO, the other players couldn't give less of a shit about my opinion on anything despite the ridiculous amount of research I put into it. Still, I always tried to let the content of my argument be able to stand on its own without appealing to my own authority. And interestingly, I still got next to 0 cares. Also interestingly, the forum for that game's competitive scene has the most toxic, vile, childish, condescending pointless negativity of all time. I was a high ranking tournament MTG player so I think my qualifications probably exceed most of the forum's.

Shame you can't understand that the deck thinning effect of AI is insignificant. You might want to do some more study, could help you develop a deeper understanding of the game.

I've already given a number of examples that illustrate and should be sufficient to prove my point, but they were ignored (nobody ever wants to admit they were wrong).



Getting legend in Hearthstone is not difficult, it just requires a large time investment. You don't even have to be above average to get legend. You just have to play a lot of games.

Now that seems pretty silly. You realize Arcane Intellect is commonly used? Including by legend players? They're all bonkers?

maybe they use them to troll you in to using them?

maybe they dont want there meta deck countered by a mage who would replace them 2 cards in to good cards and beat there secret meta deck

lol this logic. You can look up decks pro players play in tournaments and you'll find that in a lot of mage decks.

Trust me they don't put it in when they play for money to troll people on the meta game.
