its not a bug
the animations in this game are just way too slow
if the animations of a turn arent finish before the end of the turn, it continues at the turn of the opponent (so his time is wasted even if he hasnt drawn yet)

well its more an exploitation of a stupid intended mechanic ^^
i think the animations should be way shorter, especially when a card like nozdormu lowers that much the time of a turn
the patrons/berserker are way too long for example
