There are a lot of people that are really interested (obsessed even) about graphics.
I know a guy like this and he plays old(ish) modded games like Skyrim that are made for top of the line graphics.

On topic of new cards, looks like things will be pretty interesting and diverse with the way things are going. I'm sure the meta will eventually stabilize but, looks like a lot of cool interactions coming in. Aggressive lists look extra promising, although Im not a fan of them
