The only real possible combos are 0 and 1 mana spells such as Noble Sacrifice, Naturalize, Execute and things like that. But no matter what it's just counting on RNGesus to give you something useful for next turn, whatever spells you like such as Flamestrike, Consecration, Holy Nova or whatever. What would REALLY suck is if you get draw cards like Sprint and you have to wait 2 turns at least to get any value at all out of Nefarion. Nefarion is worse than Ysera and Onyxia which are already never used tier.
Ysera is still used occasionally and is actually a pretty decent card in a less aggro soaked meta. If we see a better balance of control vs aggro we will see Ysera back in popular use. The same can't be said for Onyxia and I can't see anyone using Nefarion seriously.
In all honesty I'm a bt disappointed by this expansion so far. Naxx had some real gamechanging and meta-affecting cards, a lot of which became auto includes in many decks. Egg, Mad Scientist, Undertaker, Loatheb, Zombie Chow, Sludge Belcher etc. Around 70% of Naxx cards had a really complimentary niche in a certain deck archetype Dark Cultist for priest decks, Death's bite for Warrior etc and they all had interesting and new effects. Webspinners, Duplicates, Unstable ghouls all changed how we thought about our plays and our deckbuilding. I'm just not seeing a lot of that with Blackrock, although the whole list of new cards isn't out yet so I live in hope.
