I've done legacy many times.
Every game decided in 2 turns.
Done many decks myself.
then u clearly confuse legacy with another format
let's see here, decks that are not game deciders in 2 turns (not even in 4-5)
UW control, dredge, merfolk, Natural Order versions, Mud, UG poison, Landstill, Zenith, Zoo (any version), Painter, Counterthopther, Dreadstill... should I continue and list every legacy deck?...
ALL those decks are either heavy control, relying on some extremely powerful cards to win, or some weird aggro deck that fear any clear/defensive plays.
Those control cards costs 4. Tell me how game is decided by turn 2. I saw the delver list of the last legacy tournament. It is definetly not a game decider by turn 2, it is a standard RU control, with delver of secret in it...
Decks that decide the game in 2 turns in legacy
ad nauseam
end of the list.
Funny thing, if we had a combo deck such as ad nauseam in HS, people would rage so hard ^^ it is so much worst than anything miracle ever was/could ever be, perfect autistic deck that does not even need to look at what the opponent does.
Jace is a fine example of a broken card used in tons of legacy deck

how is a deck revolving around control cards, and this one, can decide a game by turn 2, when you can't even have it casted by then? You are confusing legacy with vintage man.
