I agree that there is indeed something more to be desired but the reward system does progress through BG so you can get gold, card packs, hero portraits, cards, ect.

As for the rating I was actually really happen to see them make it so your BG ranking is now displayed on your friends list if it is your highest ranked mode as i currently don't play Traditional, Arena, or Mercenaries modes at the moment and most of my friend list is BG exclusive as well so its nice to see they did that with this update for Battlegrounds only players

Good thing to mention though and I do agree with you. I'd like to see more rewards for playing like progressive hero portraits for getting 1st place with the same hero multiple times or something similar.

I wonder if it needs to be nerfed.

Haha doubt it just cause they are the only class that gets poison.

They have tried different minions to apply it seafin is just their newest method to apply it to other murlocs currently but if they do a nerf it would be to this minion but doubtful it would change the race too much.

Mixed feelings about the buddy system, lot of different playstyles for heroes, however, still climbing almost at 7k just doing super cheese stuff like sitting at tier 1-2 and not even upgrading the tavern at 0 gold heh..

Ya i feel the same & i think they put too much power into the buddies.

Really wanted to see a new minion type added or some new minions for each class with this update.

7k is very impressive!

I jinxed myself with the 'almost' comment, fell down to 6.3k now My peak was 2 seasons (is that what they call them? idk) ago I barely broke into 9k, think it was something like 9,015. So far my experience this season it seems a lot easier to 'force' builds focused around buddies since most of them have some niche method.. (like lich or wagtoggle just sitting at tier 1 the whole game.. Or the sniper guy who rushes for tier 4 and gambles on terecgosa) Not so much to get first but usually as long as you focus a specific goal with a buddy you can typically net at least top 4, or first depending on how well and quick you got into the method of it.

Another hero I don't see many people talking about yet is Guff Runetotem actually. His buddy doesn't sound that great on paper but its literally a 3 star buddy that you get early on that adds every tier unit into bobs tavern. Before, the meta was get to tier three, golden a minion to fish for a 4 tier avenge minion or hold onto the triple until later if you can afford to and gamble on a tier 5 or 6 and build around it. With guff, you get that option of a tier 4 - 6 that you can pick up super early on to snowball. Imagine a maexxna or a hogger at some insanely early turn like round 5 without spiking super high and being weak lol
