Warlock dont need, their boardclear are far superior thats why you dont seee treachery combo, which is a lot better than frost nova

It's not always better
Frostnova doomsayer is less a sure thing but they can't play anything on their turn

And each card is individually better than treachery

Brawl + Weapon/Shieldslam/Execute
2 card clears are fine but it's best when both cards are individually good

Treachery doesn't have much utility on its own, frost nova does. That's why. Nothing to do with other cards, just about individual utility.
