ok i think i did the math right
the values are card + dust value mixed

3 com
1 rare
2 leg

non golden leg (for 1)
1600 (free from blizzard) + 400 (leg disenchant) = 2000

golden leg
-3200 (craft golden) +3200 (free from blizzard) -1600 (you dont get those 1600 from the normal leg above) +400 (normal leg still in collection and can be disenchanted) +1600 (golden leg possible disenchant = 400

non golden rare (for 1)
100 + 20 = 120

golden rare
-800 +800 -100 +20 +100 = 20

non golden com (for 1)
40 + 5 = 45

golden com
-400 +400 -40 +5 +50 =15

conclusion : if you dont care about legendary cards, its better to craft them in normal cards

Your math is confusing. Are you basing all this off the assumption that the Normal version of the card already exists in the collection when you are doing your golden dust amount?
Because losing the fact you won't get 1600 refund from the non golden legendary shouldn't apply to your calculation. All that matters is total dust after refund and disenchant
It is most beneficial to still craft an additional gold version even if you have the normal version if all you care about is dust and do not want to keep the card at all once it hits wild.

If you do want to keep the card, your dust amount will be the exact same if you craft, receive refund, and disenchant the golden version versus if you just keep the the normal and don't disenchant it

no, because if ou already have the non golden one and you craft the gold one, you dont get the refund on the non golden one anymore

and yes, maths are based on someone who owns all the cards in non golden, sorry (the conclusion might be wrong then for someone who dont own them in non golden)

It still shouldn't count as a negative 1600 dude. You aren't losing that amount. Yes you don't get the refund amount for the basic, but you don't get NEGATIVE dust for it. All that matters is net dust which isn't affected hardly at all

By your logic, we should also put a -3200 when doing the non-golden equation because you don't get the 3200 refund for a golden card

The important thing is net dust. Your equations are fine but you shouldn't consider the -1600 in the golden card equation since you aren't losing that dust. You just aren't gaining it any more.

Assuming you have all cards in non golden and only care about maximizing dust, so you dust everything after the rotation.

Short answer: Craft all common goldens and you will net a total of 60 dust.

Long answer:
Legendaries (doing nothing)
1600+400(disenchant after refund) = 2000

Legendaries (crafting golden)
-3200+3200+1600 (disenchant golden) +400 (disenchant reg) = 2000

Azure drakes (doing nothing)
100+100+20+20 = 240

Azure drakes (crafting golden)
-1600+1600+above math = 240

Common set (doing nothing)
40+40+5+5 = 90

Common set (crafting golden)
-800+800+50+50+5+5 = 110
