Anyone that has the base skill to qualify for the tournament, sure.
Anyone can get extremely lucky and win. More skill just means less luck required but does not mean you will win.

Not sure why you speak in absolutes so much
Very counter productive for the discussion

I'm just saying you can't claim he the best because of tournament wins.
It's not a good measurement tool.

But we use the arena as a measurement of how good kripparian is... Your god.

It's sarcasm lol.

I'm not saying he's definitively the best player but you straight up cannot get lucky enough to win 4 major tournaments and have a nearly 75% win rate against other pros over almost 200 unless you're one of the best players in the world. That kind of streak just doesn't happen. You look at his deck choices and his ban picks and you can see how strong his meta prediction and countering skills are and it has paid off again and again.

Over the course of his millions of games, yes, it is a good measurement.
If he did arena 4 times and was ranked #1, then sure, it wouldn't be enough to make claims. Could just be lucky in his draft and draws.
