since you say you're a good control warrior player

da fuck do i do when my opponent has something that doesn't die to fiery win axe, they playing a deck with actual threats, and i don't have a ghoul/slam/the 3 dmg+3 armor to do the other bit of damage


do i just blow a shield slam? Do i just keep taking the face dmg hoping for brawl?

pls halp

i know against like shaman i just fire off removal since i'm just trying to stay alive but there are other situations im like "do i fire off my execute/shield slam vs this bad minion"

Most decks that are playing stronger minions in the early/mid game like tomb pillager and drake are hoping to get 2 hits out of it. I always shield slam/execute without hesitation because if you win the middle turns, your armour and high cost minions will allow you to survive in the late game. You can't afford to face tank 4/4 or 4/5 or 5/4 minions for multiple turns. One at the most.

It also depends what you're playing against though. Knowing what is in your opponents deck will help you understand what to play when, and which minions to prioritise killing.

I disagree. Control warrior is pretty bad against Hunter but dragon warrior is pretty good.

When you play vrs shaman I always save my armor till after I get around 12 hp cause your revenge owns them and I run kobold so I can get big revenge early ..
