They just suck at balancing because the cancer decks don't get purged.

I'm going to try playing aggro shaman without tuskar or thing from below. I ran a list like that after standard came out and it did really well. Going to run argent horse riders and ancestral calls

looks like I'm getting my dust back but no bonus for pulling them from packs : (
