they are not making an effort, they are just being lazy as fuck lol
they need to rebalance cards or atleast rarities, but they will lose money because people will disenchant cards before and after the changes; honestly, they could remove the "full cost disenchant on nerfed cards" for this one big time if thats why they dont want to do these changes
This is my problem with it. I hate the rng in arena, which is why I don't play it. But I still think it is important that it maintains that amount of rng in order to maintain the whole idea of the arena. Removing cards sets a dangerous precedent.
