Tempo.
Something Rag lacks (as it can hit face or a weak minion then just get SWD or BGHd and you get nothing)

Yes. Which is why Ragnaros doesn't fit as well as other cards

Dr. Boom is one of the strongest cara in the game. Rag is not.
