Flame Leviathan is actually really good, it's really popular in Tempo Mage right now as a replacement for Boom, a couple rank 1 Legend (I think) players have been using it to great success.

That just seems like you're asking to lose all your tempo because it clears your board early...

Just think of all the things that thing would clear.

Top 10 legend player playing tempo mage (Rooftrellen) plays it and JAB played it as well. It's a good card and while it can fuck you over, it can win you the game just as often in certain matchups

I tried it and I prefer Boom as well, though.

The decks that play it don't play Mirror Image ofc.

Well at least tempo mage isn't a normal tempo deck. Isn't actually minion focused. So I can see how leviathan would work against all the Paladin decks.

Yup, it really can be good, but I think Boom is just so strong that it's not worth replacing it.
