No, it doesn't work to reinstall. Quit talking about shit you know nothing about. It was an automatic update and once you are updated on any platform your entire account can only play on the new patch (which wasn't released yet)

Amazon rolled the patch out 3 days early, and then it was recalled. So anyone who downloaded it could not play regardless of reinstalls
