Mana addict is capable of doing insane damage.
But if it's still early in the game it's not worth over committing to kill.

If it's late game you absolutely have to kill it (because they have the mana to OTK the following turn at that point)

You could even work in coin frostbolt. That would be 20 damage from spells 16 extra damage from mana addict and an otk on turn 3. You'd have extra damage left over. Rodl

It's just one of those cards that could be overbuffed if left alone and get insane value.

it doesn't suck man.. It doesn't trade up as well as other two drops.. but ive had fun with this card in rogue decks up to rank 5 or so.

Its a fun card.
