Huge tips for streaming that I learned the hard way:
1. If they don't like your music, they won't watch. Some streamers don't even play music because of this.
2. Always talk. Talk to yourself, talk about your plays, whatever. If you aren't talking, people will be bored within 5 seconds.
3. Have a decent webcam and a decent mic. These are required.
4. Post your stream schedule. If you don't have one, you need to make one.
5. Do interactive things with your viewers. Strawpoll which class to pick in arena. Play viewer games. Or like you said, coaching. Talk to them!!
6. People love informative and entertaining streams. If you're neither, nobody will watch.
7. Do some drunk streams or something every now and then when you get multiple viewers. Have a plugdj day. Chat is cancerous and likes to do cancerous things.
8. Make a bio. If people scroll down to look for a bio about you, social media, decklists, games you play etc, and they find nothing - huge turn away.
This. Also, make sure you dont get discouraged from having a small audience at first. When I first started streaming I only had 1-2 viewers for the first 2 weeks (280 hours) of streaming. Now, about a year later I average 2000+ viewers. Don't give up!
