I don't think it's as needed anymore. Usually the best way is to save an important minion behind taunts like a Dire Wolf or Knife Juggler / Give Imp Gang + Egg more value / Pump damage up for better trading.

What if instead of BGH I used Acidic Swamp Ooze?

That's kind of a fair trade.. you don't really need bgh in zoo imo either..

I'm going to give it a shot.

I mean both you could skip on in a traditional zoo deck.. the ooze might be effective to keep tempo vs warriors or rogues/paladins but you are kind of favored in those match ups anyway.

the ooze can help a lot vs face, actually, witch is usually a weak matchup for zoo, but i feel in that case the defenders are better

They seem so slow though against face.

you use it :
- to trade efficiently
- to protect a minion
- to protect your face against aggro
- to protect a minion from specific cards (consecration, shdow words,...)
- to have more dmg on board
- probably more but i cant see the other options atm

lots of purposes, it's the most efficient in a fast zoo deck like zoolock or a deck with very big creatures like handlock where the purposes are obviously very different

Past 10 or so games and ooze has been used to break a weapon maybe once and I lost anyway. I'm not sure ooze is the way to go. I don't think kezan is worth it but two argus' just seems too heavy.

/e I'd try replacing it for Enhanco-Mechano but i don't have one.
