I'd say I likely average somewhere between 6 and 7 wins. I could be above 7 but I only play arena when I'm bored. I only track how many 12 wins I have, and out of 1073 arena wins total I've had 23 12 win runs, I don't know where that leaves the rest of my wins on average because I don't know my total arena runs. However I'm pretty confident that I'm above average.


Oh I know I completely agree that arena is worth doing even if you only average like 3 wins. I was just saying how much people underestimate the difficulty in averaging over 7 wins. 6 wins I would consider a really good player, 7 is elite.

I would suggest tracking your stats though, it is pretty insightful and you might regret not starting sooner.

Yeah I cringe when clearly bad players claim they average 6-7 when its obviously nowhere close (not talking about zealgo). I agree its usually significantly lower than a lot of people imagine.
Happens alot when I watch ratsmah coach people and he has to explain basic concepts and attacks to them.

I use an additional automatic tracker too to make sure I don't accidentally miss any runs. Some people only remember to track their better runs and inflate their average.

Nice, that's impressive! How much do you use Heartharena for your drafting?

ratsmah is just insane at arena, probably the best arena player I've ever seen. Do you have any idea what his win rate/win average is?

well, in the end i went for the first wing of BRM and did two arenas.
the first (the free one) didn't go that well as i didn't know what i was doing and i only managed to get 2 wins, got packet and 50g.
so i looked at an arena guide before doing another one.
the second one went better as i managed to get 5 wins (could have been more as i lost a close match after losing a turn due to a disconnection), got packet, 60g and 55d.
probably beginner's luck but i think i will continue with arenas until i regequit after losing 0/3 twice or thrice in a row. :rofl:

the only thing that bugs me is that you can only get GvG packs this way, really stupid in my opinion, they should give a coupon for a pack instead.

Funny how that even as a new player you were able to pick on this. The gvg packs from arena thing sucks really hard.
