Meh if I notice someone is bm i play efficient and fast to finish game. unless it gets to a point where I've stabilized and then I rope evEry turn till they quit. if I'm ahead enough I'll pass turn missing lethal and still rope haha. only if I'm certain they were roping on purpose of course

If my opponent ropes twice in a row I start doing the same.
The only exception is if the board is fairly complicated. Then it's understandable.

Happens at all ranks. For multiple reasons. Not sure why you're wondering about rank.

I never really get upset about it, if they are taking a while it gives me more time to think plus I usually just alt tab

Have to admit, it annoys me sometimes.

When guys have like 1 - 2 cards in hand and no board, you're not thinking about your moves.
