Is the card worth keeping? I have 2x treachery, 2x keening banshee, 2x howling fiend.

As far as I know, those cards can work in a deck. I know that Warlock quests can use howling fiend as well. Any other suggestions, or should I just dust treachery + keening?

its just a meme card playable in a fun deck, its not good because its effect isnt powerfull and requires 2 cards to not be a dead weight in your hand

As a general rule I never DE cards except with the dust button.
