Maybe some of the top players on here or well known could help me out.

I played against a golden shaman today and just fell in love with the art of the golden totems and golden hero power. But shaman besides Aggro hasn't don't to good for me.

And I hate Aggro.

So maybe some of you godbless ownt or the other well knowns could help me create a control based shaman.

I'd like to think along the lines of control warrior type control but for shaman and idk if honestly can be pulled off.

What you guys think?

I'm thinking some kind of deck that includes rag/alkarid/Justicar/sylvana

The typical control deck.

I really wouldn't recommend overly heavy control shaman to anybody trying to rank or play very competitively.. But if youre trying to have fun...
Tidesoftime ran a control-ish shaman deck in the just past 2016 spring prelims. -- > http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/550152-tidesoftimes-shaman-americas-spring-prelims-2016v
this deck is very oddball though.. Definitely hard to agree with running* yogg and nzoth, but I suppose if youre looking for fun.. it can work.

ownt or someone else might have a better midrange list.. I tend to play agro-totem.

I just love some of the art like the golden version of alkarid or whatever is awesome. And that card can only be played in a late game kind of deck.
