Played a couple of games, seems alright. As in it's functional, not that it'll take me to Legend, which isn't the point anyway.

Thoughts?

The problem with the deck is you're running high mana cards with a discard function, leading you to being stuck in too many situations where you don't have that many plays.

If you want the discard mechanic to work, you need to throw it into a zoo deck with lower cost minions (nothing above 4 mana, Loatheb and Doomguard are ok). I do like your Curse of Rafaam / Rockjaw / Troggzor thoughts. I would like to see a zoo deck with Curse, Fist of Jaraxxus and Rockjaw. I think it'd work.

So ditch Jaraxxus, Mal'Ganis and Dark Bargain?

Peddlers and a Piloted Shredder instead?

Or go heavy discard and get some Succubi in there?

With such high cost cards, you're not making many early plays.... Twilight drake shines here... Since turn 4 you'll be sitting on 9-10 cards.... Hard to run non-zoo warlock without it.

Well, it's possible to win with this, but damn, it ain't easy. You best draw really well and hope the random discards go your way.

I went with double Succubus though. Probably too much discard now, although I had some crazy luck with it too.

Succubus T2 - discards Fist - goes to face - Tiny Knight slaps for 4.

2x 4/3 on board and 8 damage to face on turn 2. That's nothing to sneeze at imo.


Never been able to get Cho and Troggzor out at the same time though

It's just a great tempo card... A 4/7 - 4/8 card drop on turn 4 is really hard to deal with for most people. It also makes them burn more of their removal

Not saying Drake is weak, but I think Amaranth is more on the nose with this.

I'm toning down the curve, getting rid of the high mana stuff and make it more zoo-ish.

There are some neat idea's but this isn't going anywhere.. some reason jsp users like to play sub par/optimal decks and think they are having fun while doing so... Seems retarded to me.

So..the only way to have fun in hs is to play the same #1 meta deck as everyone and go for legend rank?
