its gunna be all new heroes from what im understanding not $10 per ill buy if its $10 for 9 new heroes

This, if they charge 10$ per hero they could get away with it (because people would still buy, but it'd piss a lot of people off). But if they release 9 hero skins for 10$, that's actually a pretty good deal.
