(Excluding pre-nerfed cards like Sylvanas)

The first card I thought was OP (first legendary I ever crafted) was Hogger.

From the GvG expansion, I thought Troggzor was amazing at first. I think he was one of the first ones I crafted.

Trade Prince Gallywix was another one I thought was really good... All three cards I've mentioned have some potential in one way or another, but I held them up to a tier-1 standard of possibilities, and they are niche cards at best at the moment.

Other than that, I haven't overestimated other legendaries much at all. What legendaries have you overestimated?

as u already said its depending on the meta... most legendaries like nefarian gallywix are made for the mid-game/lategame. Well atm we have a cancer/rush meta, so many cards do not fit to the meta . most of them are only playable in a control matchup.
nevertheless i experiment alot. many cards have potential but it rly depend on the future meta and new cards/content

Rag. First one I crafted because I thought he was the best but these days he's in none of my decks. Always hits the wrong dude

Probably Bolvar Fordragon.
I don't have him or I would try him.. but I always felt like he could be pretty good..
