Naxxramas or black rock mountain?

Naxx cards are probably more versatile for decks.

Id buy both honestly, but naxx is more important. So many useful cards in so many archetypes.

BRM cards isnt important at all(except emperor thaurissan which fits in almost every class.naxx is 100% necessary

Emp also happens to be in the first wing, i ended up buying that one with gold since I'm broke atm.

naxx has lots of amazing cards

blackrock has some but not as many as naxx

Naxxramas for sure. The only card I really use from brm is emperor. I've tried a few dragon decks and they don't do very well.
