so i notice alot of people like to take there full turn time tell it expires and at first i just thought it was feggots ( so then i would take my full timers for turns ) and game will take for ever

i got someone in my game right now doing it... i let it slide for 2 turns and on 3rd i started taking my time

but maybe there just retarded and the head and cant help it and need the time?
