Yes you can get 4 packs.
android tablet
android phone
iPhone
iPad

Android devices can easily be aquired through an emulator.
iPhone and Pad are a bit tricker and you risk your account ;)

How do you emulate the android phone?

HS automatically downloads the files depending on your display setting.

So either modify the APK or change to a phone resolution.
