They used to be bugged. The original Power Doop wasn't bound when created. I recently sold one of my original Power Doop Urus on here a few days ago. They have since corrected the bug, and any newly created ones are not traceable. I imagine that's why he asked for it to be closed, since he probably discovered that after posting.
