Nothing special about this ring IMO. Crit and hp are nice tho

Found another 1 today with stats:

Ring 1:
552 health
7,8 spirit on item/credit pickup
165 defense
149 crit rating
1 to all ranks
Level 60

Other ring I will edit into this one after I killed another doom cosmic

For cosmic ring to have value all 4 stats must be high roll offensive stats or 3 + hp.

forgot to edit the post but other ring is:
regenerate 367 hp on items/credits
7,8 spirit on items/credits
113 brutal strike rating
137 crit rating
1 to all powers
level 60
