Can't use the Avengers Insignia on Taskmaster... but I'm interested in the Mockingbird one... what are you looking to get for it? fg? I have some artifacts to trade as well.

All the Movespeed's I have:

Avengers:

Wonder Man: +1424 Health - 9.8% Move Speed

SHIELD:

Nick Fury: +294 Brutal Strike Rating - +13.0% Move Speed
Mockingbird: +187 Damage w/ Area - +9.7% Move Speed
Eric O'Grady: +736 Crit Damage Rating - 12.3% Move Speed (Probably the one you'd like the most.)

Thunderbolts:

Luke Cage(Aura applies 4.5% move speed): +1763 Health - +287 Brutal Strike Rating

cant remember if he can or not but i have a lvl 60 thunderbolts jugg with 208 ranged 14.7% move speed if your a ranged tm
