Will PL any character for a reasonable price.

600fg 1-60 (any char with 52 review/characters I feel are easier to level)
700 if no boosts or hero synergies

800FG 1-60 (chars that I feel are more difficult, ex. thing mainly and a few others)
900 if no boost or hero synergies

If you have a char above level 1 you need leveled we can figure out pricing depending on what level.
