Which 3 heroes in the game are capable of the highest potential dps in the game assuming fully geared with BIS items?

Storm #1 in both ST and AoE, other top contenders are Hawkeye, Rocket Raccoon, Iron man, Wolverine (single target only), Luke cage (ST), Loki and SW are also aoe gods.

Storm is not even close to being best ST ... Cable is the best ST in game fully geared and is has the fastest training boss kill time.

which shows the characters damage with full uniques but not of any hero just their own.

It is on version 2.12 so characters like Gambit are a little off the place that they should be.
