Hello there everyone. Just got relatively lucky last night when crafting epic --> cosmic.
I've personally been looking out at crit/crit dmg rating headpieces and have never seen the values this high.
I'm aware that the skill bonuses on it are pretty bad.
I'm just curious and looking for second opinions out there as to how valuable this thing might be. Cheers !!

Cosmic Devastation Headpiece
1120 Defense
+705 Critical Rating
+1 to Gusting Tempest
+4 to Buffeting Zephyr
+921 Critical Damage Rating
Cosmic item
+1 to all power ranks
6% Chance when attacked to AoE blast Cosmic energy for 3004 damage.
req level 60
