Superheroic versions apply to quests rewards artefacts and artefacts that drop is bound to one boss. Doom's artefact, has its SH version as it can be pooped by SH doom.
Super Soldier Serum, is not "a bound drop", so it don't have any SH version, yet at least.
I've readen that they are working on revamping the itemisation, artefacts and more on official forums, wait & see.
