> rarity (would not prefer have sif too on them, but if it comes, post it, we'll see).
> + skybreaker tree skill
> + spirited
> + lighting ball (5 min)
> + chainlighting (5 min)
> + lighting bolt (basic stunt)
> - cost skybreaker

For bracers :

> must have 8+ ias
> must have 14+ ias skybreaker

For helm :

> Must have crit rating
