What lvl requirement is there for both radioactive isotopes?

There is 3 radiocative isotopes:
-Fighting is lvl49
-HP is lvl56
-medkit is lvl55


PS:Cores lvl doesn't matter if u use them before patch and there is no real lvl requirement except to be lvl27 for using any core.If u plan to keep them after patch then it matters.

Want them for after patch 50 for the HP one? - dont wanna spend much because im scared that they wont scale with the new HP values when the TC hits live
