Just found him, and I'm pretty new, I'm curious on how good he is and what mods am i looking for on items

damage on live = Average
Damage on test = Subpar
Survivability on live = Subpar
Survivability on test = Subpar

the only way to NOT get one shot, is to stack defensive artifact/medallion (in late game)

Well that blows, I just found him and was excited to use him. I'm an 37 storm atm, how is she? I'm confused on what items to get.

what i did for the basis of all of my characters is looked on google for hero builds then changed them to my liking and how i play the chars.
