Did they give any indication as to when this happening yet or when they are making any of the other changes I read on the forums, such as buffs, new skills, ultimate overhauls, etc...

Cause, I really just don't feel like playing until those go through, seems pointless, as it will be virtually, a whole new system.

They should have just stuck with their normal routine of announcing changes shortly before release, this is something I found to be incredibly awesome about GE with previous patches. It just seems like now, playing the game is just meh, since Shards, New Artifacts, 4 Artifact slots, "Relics", and Base MF on Costumes, as well as the incredible overhaul of virtually every ability, including defensive stats and ultimates, makes playing the game now, seem rather pointless. Sigh.
