Anybody got some info on the best ones to run for the most XP? I'm level 34 cable right now

if you hover over them in the terminals, it has suggested levels.

Redvs green Red has better rewards im guessing? and xp?

Red has really good Experience orb drops from the bosses but they take a lot more dps to take down. If you have a hero that can do Reds then take down the boss, swap to the hero you need to level up and get all of the orbs on them. I ran Red T1 Shocker on my Iron Man for my Cable and he got a level every 3-4 Shockers. Pretty good experience.

I do all greens and all reds once per day to get as many drops as possible. I rush to the boss so I don't get amazing XP out of it because I am mostly there for the drop chance of the first time per day. I also run in a full group, so come tier 3 reds the bosses tend to have plenty of exp. But even so, we tend to clear all greens and all reds tier 3 in under an hour.

Yeah I read about this on the reddit forums, seems like a good way to level up ur alts.
