I'm pretty new to this game.. got a storm lvl 40 but I'v finded just 2 artifacts for now...


I'd like to know if there is a better place to farm or I need %rare items...

I have to perma kill bosses on red portals? Cows?

armor or weapon vendor? and does it matter what level they are?
