ISO the drugs you are on...

lol when you're leveled up you have thousands of life. An extra 160 life is nothing especially when you regen 240 health 20% of your hits. Think about it.

the more the better

when you have an item where 1/3 of the abilities is low, you can't say it's need perfect. It is a very good one. but the phrase "near perfect" get's thrown around on this site far too much.
