must have high % of special drop, other stats can vary

actually i think any piece of gear will do does not have to be cyclops as long as it has special find on it i can craft it into a piece of cyclops gear

The exact stats do not transfer over. It's random.

the +special and all does just the + to certin hero stats change

this helm might be interesting to you, though the special item find is not at max value, the other stats are very good:

captain america heroic mask (bottom right slot)

level 48

defense 248

+15% attack speed (living legend) left skill tree
+6% critical chance
+12% special item find
+1 to current rank warrior heart
+4 to current rank spirited shout
