Is there any way to purchase credits in game via any unorthodox method?

I need credits in game and i am able to provide fg for it...

Yes there are tons.
as WulphPak89 said, go on a deal with someone, about him buying shits and give them to you.

You resell them, you get 10% of the credit value it costs, but you'll have obviously to pay for the 100%.

Buy guild tokens that you get from War Machine. Sell for 10k.

Avenger's tower. Instead of going right to get o the crafter, go left.
What I meant by buying guild tokens is... People buy the tokens with credits, then you buy the tokens from them with fg.
