So a guildee told me that the tome of oshtur states that it adds +50 damage when above 95% health but it actually gives +50% damage when above 95% damage right now (His cyclops optic blast does like 3k dmg a smash)

These do not stack, so meta sensory is good for non auto attackers

I currently have 6 for trade

The +health change between them is between 156 and 244
(None of the affixs matter except the +50% damage because you need to be a non melee hero for this)

I tried it.. although I can't get floating damage numbers for whatever reason, I do notice a some-what dramatic change in DPS.

I used it for my ULTIMATE.

Confirmed, it adds 50% to all my abilities lol, crazy nice.
