I have most of the +1 stat cores, along with drop rarity and special find ones.

Muramasa Blade Shards is for a quest you also need to find the hilt to complete it.

Well it takes about 5 minutes maxi to complete this muramasa.
You'll get an artifact 'yukio's charm", if you have a use of it, do the quest.
You can also try to sell it if it has good rolls.

iirc, the artifact reveals enemies on the minimap within a certain range and increases the amount of damage your ranged attack deal depending on how far away your target is when you hit them.



True, but generally people only want the artifact for the visual so they refer to it as just the visual effect.
